Carot, originally in the header where it says "Going to NY," etc., she had "My Big Fat Tom Cruise Book is on line now!!! America, kiss my ASS...". She has since changed it to "ALL WE NEED IS LOVE". That's why she followed my post with "come on, people, be funny!!!"
Maybe Niki relized it was a poor reflection on her upbringing or that it is just plain rude and very bad manners to tell your host country to "kiss my ass", or maybe she realized that wouldn't be so good for her book sales if the media gets hold of her comment. Unfortunately even if she has changed the header it, it is archived so people can find it and read it.
Niki, let me leave you with some poetry from someone who escaped from another Communist country, John Kay of the band Steppenwolf:

You have the freedom in this country to do what you want, become what you want and, unlike Communist China, who turned the protesters in Tainamen Square into human hamburger with tanks, you can say whatever you want against the government or us as a people in general. Just remember we also have the freedom to boycott your book if we want to. So if I see it in the bargain bin the next time I'm in a dollar store, I'll remember you.

Niki, ask your publicist how they're going to spin this to help counter the negative publicity and sell your book. If they still want you after they see this. I can see the headlines- "Chinese girl Comes To America, Meets Idol, Tom Cruise, Tells America To Kiss Her Ass!"
I'm betting that even Cruise will drop you like a hot potato when this hits the headlines.
It's all good. I said: America, kiss my ass, basically means I am going to take over America!!! It's a good thing( yes, funny, funny, no funny no money, no money no honey) it's postive, we are the world, we can do whatever we want because we ARE LOVE.

No Niki, unfortunately somebody is lying to you. It's NOT all good. Maybe it lost something in translation, which I don't believe, since your English was good enough to write a book. Regardless of whether you tell someone to "Kiss my ass, Go to Hell, F*ck you", or just flip them off it's a sign of disrespect, plain and simple. We all know what it means. It ranks right up there with "The check is in the mail", "I'll call you" and "I promise not to cum in your mouth". You know what it means too or else you wouldn't have taken it off of your header on your blog. Let us know how the whole book thing goes for you, ok? Now let's all join hands and sing "Kum by yah" around a campfire. I think your 15 minutes of fame is just about over.
